Terms Of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully before using the masti365 platform. By registering an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
- Acceptance of terms
These terms of service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and masti365 (the platform operator). By accessing or using the platform in any way, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Eligibility
To use the masti365 platform, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
- not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law
- not be a previously banned user of the masti365 platform
By registering, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Masti365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- Account registration and security
3.1 one account per user
Each person is permitted to hold only one masti365 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
3.2 accurate information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and update that information if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.3 account security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Masti365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
3.4 account verification
Masti365 reserves the right to request identity verification (including cnic submission) at any time, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
- Deposits and withdrawals
4.1 deposits
Deposits are processed through third-party payment providers. Masti365 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the app.
4.2 withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to minimum limits, identity verification requirements, and processing times. Masti365 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if verification requirements have not been met.
4.3 currency
All transactions on the masti365 platform are conducted in pakistani rupees (pkr).
4.4 errors and incorrect credits
If funds are credited to your account in error, you must not use those funds. Masti365 reserves the right to recover any funds credited due to technical error, regardless of any subsequent account activity involving those funds.
- Bonuses and promotions
5.1 bonus terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are presented at the point of claiming each offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of its specific terms.
5.2 bonus abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, create multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonuses, recovery of any winnings derived from abused bonuses, and possible account suspension.
5.3 changes to promotions
Masti365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already claimed by users will generally continue under the terms at the time of claiming.
- Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the masti365 platform for any of the following:
- any illegal activity or purpose prohibited by pakistani law
- fraudulent activity including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents
- attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means
- using automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the platform
- collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- money laundering or any activity that conceals the origin of funds
- harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other users
- attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the platform’s systems
- creating or using multiple accounts
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Platform availability
Masti365 aims to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Masti365 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
- Responsible gaming
Masti365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help users manage their activity including deposit limits and self-exclusion options. We strongly encourage users to use these tools if they feel their gaming is becoming difficult to control.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that gaming carries financial risk and you accept full responsibility for your participation and spending decisions.
- Intellectual property
All content on the masti365 platform, including but not limited to the application design, graphics, game mechanics, text, logos, and brand materials, is owned by or licensed to the platform operator. You are granted a limited personal licence to use the platform for your own entertainment. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, masti365 shall not be liable for:
- any loss of funds arising from your participation in platform activities
- technical failures, connection issues, or platform downtime
- losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
- Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms of service are governed by the laws of pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform should first be raised with our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it within 5 business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached through support, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of pakistan.
- Termination
Masti365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of service, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. In the event of termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally if all verification requirements are met.
