If you need to contact us about a payment issue, please have the following ready:
- your registered email address or phone number
- the transaction reference number from your easypaisa, jazzcash, or bank receipt
- the date and amount of the transaction
- a screenshot of the transaction if available
If you are contacting us about a technical issue, please include:
- your device model (e.G. Samsung galaxy a54, iphone 13)
- your operating system and version (e.G. Android 13, ios 16)
- the current version of the masti365 app you are using
- a description of the problem and when it started occurring
Response time expectations
Our support team aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours. During peak periods — including major promotions or holidays — response times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please send a follow-up message referencing your original enquiry.
Reporting account security issues
If you believe your Masti365 account has been accessed without your permission or if you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately via email at support@masti365apk.Com.Pk with the subject line “urgent: account security.”
We will prioritise your case and conduct a full review of recent account activity.
Responsible gaming support
